Muvo is a shipping app made by Baltic Global Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data Muvo uses, why, and how you control it. We use data only to run Muvo for the account that uses it. We never sell it.

Who this covers

Sellers who use Muvo ("you"), visitors to shipmuvo.com, and the customers of stores that use Muvo, to the limited extent described below.

Data Muvo uses

  • Your account: your name, email, password or Google sign-in, and the stores you connect.
  • Orders: order numbers, items, quantities, and the shipping name, address and phone number your customers gave you, so Muvo can rate, buy and print labels.
  • Shipping settings: your ship-from address, phone number, box sizes, printer choice and pickup window.
  • Shipments: labels, tracking numbers, scan forms and pickup bookings.

How we use data

To get rates, buy and print labels, check addresses, book pickups, make scan forms, send tracking back to your store, bill you, support you and keep Muvo secure.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help run Muvo, and only what they need: EasyPost (rates, labels, address checks and pickups), the carriers you ship with (USPS and UPS), Shopify (if you connect a store), Google (if you sign in with Google), Render (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments).

How long we keep data

We keep your account, order and shipment records while your account is open. When you close your account or ask us to delete it, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep longer for tax, accounting, carrier claims or legal reasons, which we keep only as long as required.

Your choices

You can edit your settings in Muvo, disconnect a store at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing [email protected].

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to run Muvo.
