Pallets and trucks, quoted first.
Enter a pickup and delivery ZIP and see approximate rates right away: LTL pallets on your own carrier accounts, or a dedicated Expedite truck. Muvo never marks up freight.
Rates first.
Details later.
Freight in Muvo starts with a one-row quote, on the web or in the phone app. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
- 1
Quote
Enter the pickup and delivery ZIP, the pallets and the weight. Approximate rates appear as you type.
- 2
Add the details
Pick a rate. Muvo opens the full form prefilled; add the contacts, street addresses and what you're shipping.
- 3
Exact price, then book
Muvo re-quotes with your details and shows the exact price. Book when you're happy with it.
LTL pallets,
on your own accounts.
Shared trucks for one pallet or many. Connect your own carrier accounts in Muvo, and partner rates can show next to them.
- Freight class worked out from the pallet sizes and weight
- Liftgate, residential and appointment at delivery
- Estimates sorted cheapest first, with transit days

A dedicated truck,
straight there.
When it can't wait for LTL, book a truck from Baltic Global that goes straight from pickup to delivery.
- Enter From and To as a ZIP or "City, ST", and the pickup date
- See the miles, the drive time and an approximate price
- Request truck to get the exact price, then book
If a vehicle isn't priced for your account yet, Muvo shows "On request" instead of a price.
No markup, ever
LTL prices are the carrier's own rate on your account, or a partner's pass-through rate. Muvo never marks up freight.
Booking fee
A flat Muvo fee per freight booking.
- Free: $3.00 per booking
- Pro: waived
Software, not a broker
Muvo is software. It isn't a freight broker or carrier, and doesn't resell freight. You book with your carrier.
Need a pallet held between trucks? The Muvo Hub cross-docks pallets: $12.00 in, $12.00 out, 3 days free, then $1.00 per pallet per day.
Built by people who move freight for a living.
Muvo is made by Baltic Global, a Florida freight company that runs its own trucks. We built the freight tools we wanted our own customers to have.
Freight
questions.
Is Muvo a freight broker?
No. Muvo is software. LTL rates come from your own carrier accounts or partner rates, and Expedite trucks are Baltic Global's own.
Does Muvo mark up freight?
No. The price you see is the carrier's own rate on your account, or a partner's pass-through rate.
What does booking cost?
A flat Muvo fee of $3.00 per freight booking on Free. Pro waives it.
Do I need my own carrier account?
For LTL rates from a carrier, yes: you connect your own account with that carrier in Muvo. Partner rates can show without one.
Are the quick quotes the final price?
No. They're estimates. Muvo re-quotes the exact price with your details before you book.
