Send inventory
Create an inbound shipment in Muvo: the products and units, how it's coming and the tracking numbers. Muvo makes the carton labels.

We receive and store
The Hub team receives your cartons and pallets, puts them away in bins, on shelves or on pallet racking, and counts them.

We pick, pack and ship
When an order comes in, the Hub picks and packs it and ships it with a Muvo label. Tracking goes back to your store.

Returns come back
Returned parcels are checked in at the Hub and the units are restocked.

Where is the Muvo Hub?
In Tampa, Florida. It's run by Baltic Global, the freight company behind Muvo.
Is there a monthly minimum?
On Free, $99 a month, and only if you use Hub fulfillment. On Pro, there's no minimum.
Is storage climate-controlled?
No. Hub storage is standard ambient racking.
Do I need Hub fulfillment to drop off parcels?
No. Any Muvo seller can use the drop-off pass. Parcels with Muvo labels drop off free; parcels with other labels are $0.50 each.
Where do I see my Hub fees?
In Muvo, under Muvo Hub: the fees for this month, with a CSV for each month.
